Today Shona returned to school after a very successful weekend of Irish Dancing in London. Shona was the proud winner of three 1st place trophies and a 4th place medal for her dances.
A huge well done to Chloe who represented Kingsisland Primary School in a showjumping competition at the weekend.

We are taking full advantage of our amazing state of the art PE equipment in P2 and had a ninja warrior style obstacle course set up today. We were focusing on developing our crawling, rolling, balancing and climbing skills.
Today we also welcomed Mary from the library in Coalisland to our Assembly.
Mary was delighted to present over 70 of our pupils with their certificates for taking part in the 'Big Summer Read'!!
We are delighted to welcome Kor's dad, Jelmer, back to Kingsisland this year to teach the children how to play chess. The chess club is held every Thursday morning from 8am to 9am.
