- Happy Halloween!
- Primary 4 had a very special day today! The children began the first of many special days preparing for their First Holy Communion later on in the school year.
- Excitement is growing among our pupils as work on our new 3G pitch nears completion. Following many years of our own painstaking fundraising, we will finally have an unrivalled, state of the art, sporting facility that everyone will be so proud of.
- Primary 1 pupils loved our first trip on the bus to Coalisland Library this morning! We all enjoy story time in School and were especially delighted today when Mary and Cathy, the Librarians read us a spooky Halloween story
- Our Kingsisland Irish Dancers worked together in different teams and created our own unique dances.
- Primary 4 have really been focusing on the rhyme and rhythm of lots of poems and they made up their very own class poem about a caterpillar!
- The Primary 5 had a fantastic day today at a football blitz in Coalisland. They braved the cold weather to participate in friendly matches against neighbouring schools in both football and hurling.
- Today, P6 had an opportunity to develop their culinary skills under the expertise of Mrs McVeigh. Through our topic, we have been learning all about different cultures throughout the World.
- We were blessed with lovely weather today for our annual sponsored walk. The children had a brilliant time walking within the locality of Kingsisland before making their way to Derrytresk GFC football field for refreshments and play time. .
