On Friday our Primary 5 and Primary 6 pupils took part in a workshop with a special visit from the Dairy Council, who focused on food nutrition and how to make sure you keep an active lifestyle.
During the session, the children explored the importance of eating a balanced diet, learning about different food groups and how they help our bodies grow, stay healthy, and feel energised.
