The Primary 5, 6 & 7 classes headed down to Derrytresk for the annual Summer Cup. Although these tournaments take place at the end of each term, the Summer Cup in recent years has been a GAA themed one down at the pitch.
After a group stage ensuring plenty of game time for the boys and girls, Tyrone and Donegal didn't make the semi finals. At this hurdle, Armagh and Galway finished up for the day to leave yet another Dublin and Kerry Final!
The fast start made by Kerry kept a lead they would never lose throughout the final to finish up as winners for the day and back up to school in time for dinners.
On the 3G pitch afterwards we had our awards and medal presentations. Player of the Tournament: Cara-Grace. Spirit award: Aine. Golden Glove: Páidí.
