The children arrived back at school this week after the Easter holidays to find a poor little hedgehog trapped in the nets of one of the goalposts.
With the help of Hugh (Caleb and Riley's granda), 'Sonic' the Hedgehog, as he was quickly christened by some young onlookers, was cut out of the tangled net and set free into the neighbouring fields. A job well done!
