Our Wednesday adventure led us to Peatlands Park today where we followed our story maps in search of the brown bear in a cave.
We started off reading the book to remind ourselves of the sequence of the story and soon after a quick snack, we re-enacted the story as we walked around the park. Swishing our way through the grass, stumbling and tripping in the woods, squishing and squelching in the mud, splashing and sploshing in the river before we tiptoed up to the bear's real cave!
