A great opportunity to take learning outside the classroom with a focus on Shape & Space.
The class planned how to measure 2D shapes with a trundle wheel, measuring perimeter and area, and also used a 4 quadrant co-ordinate grid to organise themselves into specific parts of the grid, forming shapes and knowing their co-ordinates.
