We held a special celebratory GAA hurling day today in Kingsisland to wish our local Hurling stars at Naomh Colum Cille every success in this weekend's Tyrone GAA Senior Hurling Benburb Cup Final.
We were thrilled to welcome NCC stalwart Damien Mór O'Neill, Ulster All-Star Chris Kearns and team player Vinny McCann to Kingsisland this morning to chat about Saturday's big game and give the children some advice and encouragement to pick up the hurl and sliothar. Damien is a great supporter of hurling not just in Kingsisland but in the wider Coalisland/Clonoe area. Thank you to the lads for giving up their time. The whole school is fully behind you!
