Primary 5 were examining flight in nature and focusing on seed dispersal this week.
We studied the effects of drag using gyrocopters (based on sycamore seeds). By changing the weight of the gyrocopter and the material it was made from we discovered they travelled different distances reflecting what happens in nature. Everyone had so much fun.
