Kingsisland were delighted to accept an invitation to the annual Christopher Colhoun Basketball Tournament organised by St Patrick's PS Donaghmore.
After 3 very close round robin games in Section B we progressed to the knockout stages where we were marginally defeated by one basket in both games. Despite not progressing to the finals, the girls and boys had a wonderful time and for many it was their first taste of competitive basketball action.
Thanks to St Patrick's Donaghmore for hosting a wonderful tournament. We look forward to chasing those hoop dreams again next year!
