The children took part in a beautiful Prayer Service this morning in St Colmcille's Church Kingsisland to celebrate the beginning of Lent.
Thank you to our former Vice-Principal and current Eucharistic Adoration Teacher Mrs Quinn for distributing ashes and speaking to the children about the meaning of Lent in a lovely child-friendly manner. A super well done to our Primary 7 readers who led the prayer service from start to finish, and a special mention to the school choir, led by Mrs O'Hagan and Miss Maxwell, who sang so beautifully. Have a lovely mid-term break everyone.
