  • This morning we got the chance to recreate the human digestive system in class. It was sticky, icky, messy and gooey but most of all it was stupendous fun!!!
  • The P2 and P3 boys played out a competitive match today at GAA practice. The one touch, points only game, turned into a cracker with the bare minimum, separating the two teams at the final whistle
  • Primary 5 were delighted to plant their seedlings today. The children sowed wild flower, pansy and antirrhinum seeds a number of weeks ago and have been monitoring their progress daily.
  • Primary 1 pupils loved taking their Numeracy learning outdoors today.
  • The tension was palpable as we reached the final stages of today's Doubles Table Tennis Tournament. Following some marathon like rallies and serious small ball skill, Conor and Jake eventually emerged as pupil champions.
  • Primary 7 had a wonderful Literacy workshop with well known children’s author, Declan Carville in conjunction with AmmA Creative Learning Centre.
  • We have been learning all about Mary and what a special lady she was. We have had lots of discussion about how she is the mother of Jesus and why we pray to Mary during the month of May.
  • Art Club used their natural environment as their canvas to create beautiful nature frames.
  • Fans of Wrexham , Barnsley, Macclesfield and Norwich were out in force today during primary 4 and 5 afterschool. They were treated to a spectacle of lower league football not seen since Oxford United triumphed in the league Cup in 1986!
  • Today we held a special celebration day following the school's success in the recent UK wide Anti-bullying Odd Socks competition. We started the day with a zoom call from Andy and the Odd Socks, followed by a whole school picnic in the beautiful sunshine.
  • Congratulations to our very popular P7 pupil, Shane, who had the privilege of playing at the CnmB Tír Eoghain half time games against Monaghan before the Tyrone v Monaghan Senior Ulster Championship first round game.
