Well done to these pupils who were due to have the day off but put themselves forward to play in this prestigious tournament this morning at St. Trea’s Ballymaguigan.
It gave the boys a great chance to play against schools they’ve yet to face this year from Tyrone, Derry & Antrim.
It was a hectic schedule with 16 teams on 4 pitches but the games moved quickly and thankfully avoided any heavy showers!
After the boys made it out of the group stage they faced the strongest opposition they’ve came up against this year in Creggan and exited at the shield 1/4 final.
It was an enjoyable days football at a superbly run tournament. Thanks to all the staff at St Trea's Primary School for a great days football!
